All rooms and apartments are set in the City Centre district of Split. A few minutes walking distance from your front door you can admire the ancient Diocletian Palace, stroll along the Riva facing the harbour or savour the many fine multicultural bars and restaurants amongst the walls of the old City.
In just under 15 minutes walk you can take a stroll amongst the cool pine forests of Marjan or spend the afternoon on one of the many local beaches and take a dip in the Adriatic to cool off.

Prokurativa – Republic Square
Republic Square is one of the most beautiful squares in Split. The Neo Renaissance square is decorated on three sides by beautiful columns and arches while the fourth side is open to the sea. In the summer months it hosts various cultural and musical events including the Split Festival.
Diocletian's Palace
The imposing Roman ruins of the Diocletian’s palace are certainly the main attraction of the city of Split, Croatia.
Emperor Diocletian, gave up the throne of the Roman Empire at the turn of the 4th century and built the palace for his retirement in the Illyrian province of Rome (now Croatia).

Saint Domnius Cathedral
The Cathedral is composed of three different sections constructed in different ages. The main part is the Emperor Diocletian's mausoleum, which dates from the end of the 3rd century. The mausoleum was built like the rest of the palace with white local limestone and marble white marble of high quality, most of which was from marble quarries on the island of Brač.
The Bell Tower was constructed in the year 1100 AD, in the Romanesque style. The Bell Tower has become an emblem of the city and is the dominating feature on the coat of arms of the city, along with the northern walls of the palace, which is used to represent the city since the Middle Ages.
Later, in the 17th century a choir was added to the eastern side of the mausoleum for the clergy and the choristers.

Peristyle Square
The Peristyle Square (Peristil) is located in central Split. Flanked by two Corinthian Colonnades this Square forms the central courtyard of the Diocletian Palace. A 57 metre eye-catching belfry, towers above the square. If you climb to the top you will see a magnificent view of the old town, harbour and surrounding countryside
The Riva – Split waterfront
The city of Split and its waterfront, The Riva, are the paradigm of its history and character. They are among the most interesting and most specific sites in the Mediterranean.
The Rivat is an urbanized, public, open and accessible space which is 1700 years old. It stands in front of Diocletian’s Palace, once the home of the Roman emperor. The modular Roman form of the palace became the framework that shaped the city and directed its expansion.


Grgur Ninski statue
Sculpted by Ivan Meštrović, this statue is synonymous with Split. This10th-century Croatian bishop, fought for the right to use old Croatian instead of Latin. It is said that rubbing the big toe of the statue brings good luck!
Marjan Park
The Park is the perfect place to merge into a combination of pristine nature and cultural heritage. The views at the top of Marjan Hill are spectacular of Split and the surrounding islands. You can hike, jog or cycle through this natural oasis full of unspoilt pine forests and pathways..
